Imagine renting your own Victorian Inn, right in the heart of Naples on the Causeway. This historic inn will be available to rent as a short-term rental. 10 rooms, 11 baths all under one roof. And if that is not enough, there are two individual cottages/cabins attached to the property as well.

This Inn has been welcoming guests since 1890. First known as The Naples Hotel, the Inn stands as one of Naples finest year-round accommodations. It has been run as the Augustus Bove House Bed and Breakfast since the early 1900's. The history of this home is incredible and now you and your large party can enjoy it together. The rooms are comfortable and have a very homey feel to them.

Decorated in Victorian style. Several rooms even have a private porch so that you can sip your morning coffee while enjoying the beautiful view of Long Lake and the Naples Causeway. Remember since this has been a Inn, each room has its own bathroom so every guest can have their own private room with a bath. We have renovated the bottom floor including what had been the owners quarters, kitchen and entry. Now guests have an entertainment area with pool table, TV room, theater and plenty of indoor/outdoor patios for Ping Pong or just relaxing.

Plan your stay to see the area but know that when you are back at the Inn there is still plenty to do for all ages. Located right on the Causeway in the "Heart of Naples" within easy walking distance to restaurants, gift shops and all kinds of water activities. A four-season area of activity, Naples has something of interest for everyone.

We have two cozy cottages on the grounds. They are small and intimate, with a charming exterior that boasts a classic New England style.

Our large Cottage is located behind the Main Inn and has a Living room, a Dining room area, a Full Kitchen and Bathroom, It also offers 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a King size Bed. The other bedroom has 2 Single Beds with 2 trundle pullouts. It offers 2 flat screen tvs, a pull out couch and all the amenities of home and can sleep up to 8. This cottage also has a screened in porch with patio furniture.

Our small Cottage located behind the Main Inn has a Living room, Bedroom, and full bathroom, It offers a King size Bed and can sleep a 3rd person via a roll away bed in the living room. It also has small refrigerator and microwave with all the amenities of home. This cottage also has a screened in porch with patio furniture.

Large Suite - 1st Floor

This first floor suite is spectacular. With plenty of room to move around this should be called the Honeymoon suite. Close the door to your room and you never have to leave. It offers a King size bed, electric fireplace, flat screen TV and a private bath, It has a sitting area with a pull out couch that can sleep 2. The dining area is equipped with a small refrigerator and microwave. This room also has a private entrance to the porch offering a beautiful view of Long Lake and the Naples Causeway.

King Room w/ Lake View - 2nd Floor

Located on the 2nd floor of the main house this room is very spacious and features a King Size Bed, electric fireplace, sitting area, private bath, flat screen tv, small refrigerator and a beautiful view of Long Lake and the Naples Causeway.

Queen Room w/ Lake View – 2nd Floor

Located on the 2nd floor of the main house this is a cozy room with a beautiful view of Long Lake and the Naples Causeway. This room offers a Queen Bed, private bath, a sitting area, flat screen tv and small refrigerator.

Located on the second floor of the main house, this room is very spacious and offers a King Size Bed, private bath, flat screen tv, small refrigerator and has a very romantic ambience.

Located on the 2nd floor of the Inn this beautiful room has a nice deck attached with a view of Long Lake and the Naples Causeway. This room has a private bath, King size Bed, and beautiful furnishings. Equipped with a flat screen tv, and all amenities, this room is a must see and stay.

Located on the 3rd floor of the main house this room has a great view of the Naples Causeway and Long Lake and features a Queen Size bed, private bath, and flat screen tv.

Two-Room Suite – 3rd Floor

Located on the 3rd floor of the main house this private suite is perfect to getaway from the rest of the world. Warm and cozy, this private 2 room suite. It offers a Queen Size Bed in a private room, and a Single Bed and sitting area in the 2nd room, It also has a private bath, flat screen TV, and views of Long Lake and the Naples Causeway. A rollaway bed is located in this room as well.

The Dining Room

A classic New England dining room for 24 people would typically be a large, semi-formal space with elegant, traditional decor. The room is open with large windows and lots of natural light and a hardwood floor. There is seating for up to 24 people.

The Naples Causeway - We are located right on the Naples Causeway. Take a leisurely stroll along the famous Naples Causeway Boardwalk which leads you on a brick path along beautiful Long Lake and under the Naples Causeway Bridge overlooking the 4th shortest river in the USA, The Chute River

We are located in the heart of the Lakes Region, within walking distance of all the Marinas in Naples, so feel free bring your own boat, or rent a Pontoon Boat or Jet Ski at take a ride on scenic Long Lake up to the Town of Harrison or down the Song River though the Locks and out onto Beautiful Sebago Lake. Paddle Board and Kayak rentals are also locally available.
